ArtSpace

We had a lovely afternoon visiting ArtSpace at the Barn Galleries near Henley on Thames last week.  The sun was shining and while we wandered around the sculpture lawn we were treated to an air display in the skies above us.  A little single seater plane performed loop the loops, turns and twists and heart stopping moments when he climbed vertically into the clouds and then the engine seemed to stop as he plummeted down to earth before swooping off again.
Nick took loads of photos of the sculptures after checking with the organisers that it was OK to do so.  I didn't take notes of the artists so am just going to upload some of the photo's and let them speak for themselves.  I've reduced the photos in size & therefore the resolution isn't as good as the originals - please don't copy the photos, just enjoy them...

  3. it's on the road to Henley from Maidenhead - brown AA signs. Finishes next weekend & is free to get in apart from £3 donation for parking. There are 2 barn galleries of painting, ceramics etc too

  4. This looks great and if there's jewellery inside too even better! Not too far for us & we have a week off work so might put this on the itinerary. Thanks :)
